November 7, 2009 - WORKSHOPS & MILONGA WITH JORGE TORRES
It's been over 3 years since Jorge has done any workshop in NYC and many of you have been asking us when the next one will be.   That's why we're inviting New York City Tango dancers to come join the Torres family on a short trip to Albany (accommodation provided) where he will be teaching series of workshops for those who want to bring their dancing to the next level! Of course, there will be a special milonga afterwards with performance, hosted by Albany Tango Society!

Getting there
On November 7, we'll take the train in the morning up to Albany to join Jorge's workshops at Emma Willard School's beautiful Tudor style ballroom.

Accomodation

1) Gorham House
This is where Jorge and his family will be staying.  There are 4 other rooms available:
3 rooms with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 bed. Cost is $50/room
(This Gorham House, in addition to housing guests, is also a residence. It is the home of Fred & Sue Colson)

2) Few local dancers are opening their own house to host guests for this special event.
